On Demand Workouts and Weekly Live Stream Classes

My six week coaching clients will have daily workouts through the app and the FASTer Way team of Pro trainers. As an instructor with the online community, Virtual Fitness Tribe,
I enjoy providing weekly live stream classes and recorded workouts.

I have worked with hundreds of women over the the past 25 + years to create effective, safe, and fun workouts that they actually enjoy! With a strong emphasis on proper form and show how to modify moves for those with injuries or limitations. These workouts can be a nice compliment to our strength workouts for stretching, mobility, balance and reducing stress.

It is the combination of strength, stress reducing practices, getting daily movement in, and eating the right foods that will help you to transform your body to feel and look your best! 

Weekly Live Stream Workouts

Join me twice a week for a LIVE workout via ZOOM!
Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30am I am teaching live classes through the online community Virtual Fitness Tribe

Tuesday 8:30 am Pilates Sculpt / Thursday 8:30am  Yoga Flow

Single Class Drop ins are welcome and monthly memberships also available

On Demand Workouts - Erin Zell Health and Wellness

For my coaching clients, and those enrolled in my programs that contain workouts, you will have FREE access to my on demand library of dozens of classes. Here you will find a combination of pilates sculpt classes, stretching and yoga classes. The variety of classes will balance your body by incorporating the combination of these styles of movement  into your weekly workouts and active recovery days. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Paid monthly subscribers (coming soon) will have access to the newest videos that are added each week.
