Weekly shopping lists. We work with easy to follow recipes - quick to put together meals. As a busy mom and business owner, this is important to me, I know that this is important to my clients too. You'll get grocery product and eating out guides and other resources.

Open your phone, gain access to your meal plan, tracking your meals, and one click to the workout of the day. Resources and guides are also found in the app to help you thrive throughout the entire six week program!
WORKOUT FROM HOME in 30 MINUTES
3-5 TIMES per WEEK
21 day structured workout program. You can follow along from home and all the workouts are 30 minutes or less. Program that blends traditional strength training, with a variety of access to my Pilates, and Yoga workouts to help you lower cortisol, build muscle, and burn fat. All workouts can be modified for lower impact and are beginner friendly. Do the exact exercises science proven to create lean muscle and help you to burn fat while losing weight.
WEEKLY LIVE COACHING CHECK-INS
Weekly videos and module lessons covering topics like the importance of protein, balancing your blood sugar, tips for staying on track, drinking more water, navigating going out to eat and more. We will have a short weekly Zoom call (depending on group schedule) you can jump on for support and to answer your questions. As your coach, I am here to guide you through the program.
METABOLISM BOOSTING TIPS
Learn how to fire up your own fat burning potential with tried and tested tips. We will be learning strategies to reset your metabolism and balance your hormones so your body can effectively burn fat.
ACCOUNTIBILITY AND SUPPORT
