JUST TELL ME WHAT TO EAT

Meal Plans

It's a confusing diet and nutrition space out there. Low carb and keto, Plant Based, Paleo, Low calorie plans. It's hard to know what we should be eating. Most dieticians and nutritionists will tell you a balanced plate of Carbohydrate, Protein, and Healthy Fats is best practice for sustainable healthy eating. It really depends what your goals are. If weight loss is your goal. You can lose weight on almost any of those plans, but as soon as you go off them the weight will come back. That is why I have built plans for my clients so that the food tastes good, they they are balanced and nutrient packed, and the meals you can enjoy with your family without feeling overly restrictive. Plant based plans will give you the highest fiber and nutrients, however, in both meal plans we emphasize whole food nutrition, adding in loads of fruits and vegetables to match the fiber and still get the benefits, even if you decide to add animal protein to your diet.
